Your credit card number, expiry date, email address is collected by the third party ticketing service and not by Koba, and the use of this personally identifiable information is subject to the ticketing service’s privacy policy.

Principle 2: Identifying Purpose

The purposes for which personally identifiable information is collected shall be identified on the Koba Websites at or before the time the information is collected. Personally identifiable information collected from you for one purpose will not be used for any other purpose without your prior consent.

We do not sell or otherwise share personally identifiable information without your prior approval; such approval is usually requested at the place on the Koba Websites where we collect the information. If you opt in, each email sent to you regarding Promotional Materials will include an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom and you if you elect to unsubscribe you will be promptly removed from our mailing list.
